They just took the trake (I have no idea how to spell that) out of her throat and she is doing a pretty good job of breathing on her own now. So that's good news!

I work with Melissa at Bellview Elementary as her personal assistant. I have only known her for about 5 weeks but feel as though it's been longer. We have become good friends, I have enjoyed working with her & look forward to many more wonderful days!
I have been called to be her sub while she is out. I want her to know that everything will be alright & that we will be ok. Please, take this time to rest & heal so that you can get better!
I called the Jordan River Temple & the Salt Lake Temple (the day you were taken to the hospital) & had your name placed on the prayer role. We will keep you & your family in our thoughts & prayers!
I also want to say thank you to the family for the phone call & the text messages, I appreciate you taking the time to keep me updated on her status.
Everyone at Bellview sends their love & prayers to you all.
If there is anything we can do please, let us know.
Sincerely,
Alisha Powell
